Factions and Prophecies skills
so, I was looking at this http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/R/Mo_Vigorous_Barrager build and i wanted to try it out.
But, Vigorous Spirit, Live Vicariously, Symbiosis and Restore Life are Prophecies skills(?) and I only have Factions. Is there any way for me to get these skills without buying Prophecies? |

You can only get them in Prophecies, but they will most probably have a mimic skill in Factions. For instance, Jamei's healing circle (factions) is similiar or the same as heal area (prophecies). And such.

Dude seriously...
I know you dig the whole Asian theme and that's probably what drew you to the game, but Guild Wars is so much larger than factions, you have to get Prophecies. Livingston |

If you mean nothing special except the landscape, I still believe the landscape in and of itself is worth it. I suppose you could claim that they simply have bigger maps, but it also is only one mission off from having double the number of Enter Missions. Mostly however, I am speaking of missing out on specific game experiences such as doing a Droknar run, making it to the crystal desert and fire islands, making fun of Rurik, the experience of Presearing Ascalon, seeing the different armors, finding skills that aren't in Cantha, and most importantly having to actually fight to gain levels rather than getting to level 20 in a 24 hour sitting.
